1:1 Monthly Impact Coaching
1:1 Monthly Integrator Impact Coaching is purpose-built for Integrators™ seeking to elevate their leadership and impact within the EOS® framework. Through personalized coaching and tool mastery, we help Integrators break through obstacles, drive alignment, and confidently lead their teams to Traction®.
This structured program is ideal for Integrators who want to sharpen their use of EOS® tools, strengthen accountability, and gain clarity in their role as second-in-command.
- Monthly Leadership Workshop: A deep dive into one of the 20 EOS Tools, including unwritten tools such as EOS Rollout, Quarterly 1:1s, and Quarterly State of the Company, or observation of the Leadership or a Department Level 10 Meeting™ (60–90 minutes).
- 1:1 Coaching Sessions: 30-minute sessions tailored to the Integrator’s needs—reviewing Rocks, refining Scorecard metrics, analyzing Accountability Chart seats, and supporting the IDS™ process (Identify, Discuss, Solve).
During these focused 1:1s, we will:
- Clarify Leadership Goals: Align departmental initiatives with the company’s Vision/Traction Organizer® (V/TO®).
- Identify Obstacles: Proactively address challenges and define practical solutions using EOS® tools and principles.
- Develop Strategic Action Plans: Shape, refine, and track 90-day Rocks® that drive progress and accountability across teams.
- Enhance Leadership Skills: Build decision-making confidence using the Five Leadership Abilities® from EOS® to prioritize, delegate, and simplify effectively.

Quarterly Impact Session
3-Hour Quarterly Integrator Impact Session is crafted specifically for Integrators™ and their leadership teams who need structured support to gain clarity, alignment, and focus on their most critical quarterly priorities. This virtual, interactive session is led by an expert coach who helps the Integrator guide the team through a proven process to define and commit to the right Rocks®—the essential priorities that will drive meaningful Traction® in the next 90 days.
During the session, we will:
- Reconcile Prior Quarter Rocks®: Assess the completion and impact of the previous quarter’s Rocks®, uncovering lessons learned and setting the stage for better execution.
- Build the Laundry List: Facilitate an open discussion to surface all issues, opportunities, and priorities that need to be addressed.
- Review Business Goals: Align new Rocks® with your Vision/Traction Organizer® (V/TO®), annual goals, and current organizational realities.
- Prioritize What Matters Most: Narrow down the laundry list into a concise, high-impact set of Rocks® that align with company priorities.
- Set Measurable Outcomes: Define each Rock® with clear accountability and metrics to ensure success is trackable and transparent.
- Establish Ownership and Accountability: Assign clear ownership and deadlines to drive execution across the leadership team, reinforcing the Integrator’s role in follow-through.
