1:1 Monthly Impact Coaching

Our 1:1 Monthly Integrator Impact Coaching program is designed to provide EOS self-implementation support to leadership teams looking to strengthen their role within the EOS® framework. We offer individualized guidance to help leaders overcome challenges, apply EOS principles effectively, and drive meaningful progress in their organizations. With our structured EOS self-implementation support, leadership team members gain Traction® by focusing on their unique goals and developing actionable strategies for success.

  1. Monthly Leadership Workshop: A deep dive into one of the 20 EOS Tools, including unwritten tools such as EOS Rollout, Quarterly 1:1s, and Quarterly State of the Company, or observation of the Leadership or a Department Level 10 Meeting™ (60-90 minutes).
  2. 1:1 Coaching Sessions: 30-minute coaching sessions with leadership team members to review Rocks, discuss Accountability Chart seats, review Scorecard metrics, and IDS™ (Identify, Discuss, Solve).

During the 1:1 coaching sessions, we will:

  • Clarify Leadership Goals: Align company and department objectives with your company’s Vision/Traction Organizer® (V/TO®).
  • Identify Key Challenges: Address obstacles that may be hindering progress and explore practical solutions within the EOS® framework.
  • Develop Strategic Action Plans: Review 90-Rocks® to define SMART measurables and milestones that drive growth, accountability, and operational excellence.

Quarterly Impact Session

Our 3-Hour Quarterly Impact Session is designed for leadership teams who need structured EOS self-implementation support to gain clarity, alignment, and focus on their most critical priorities. This virtual, interactive session guides your team through a structured process to define and commit to the right Rocks—key objectives that will drive meaningful progress over the next quarter.

During the session, we will:

  • Reconcile Prior Quarter Rocks: Evaluate the progress and outcomes of the previous quarter’s Rocks to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Build Laundry List: Open and honestly we get all issues and opportunities on the table for discussion.
  • Review Business Goals: Align Rocks with your vision, annual goals, and current business realities.
  • Prioritize What Matters Most: Distill competing priorities into a focused set of achievable Rocks that will create the greatest impact.
  • Set Measurable Outcomes: Ensure each Rock is clear, accountable, and measurable for maximum effectiveness.
