Who We Are
Integrator Impact was founded by a team of seasoned business leaders and EOS® veterans who have walked the Integrator path. Our founder, Kristie Brose, first discovered EOS® in 2016 and led a company through more than 40% growth by applying EOS® tools with discipline and creativity. Along the way, we identified a critical gap: many Integrators were self-navigating without a clear coaching partner to guide them.
Today, Integrator Impact exists to fill that gap—bringing decades of firsthand EOS® execution experience to help Integrators level up their leadership and execution without the high cost of a full-time Implementer or fractional Integrator.
