My career began in hospitality, where I quickly learned the importance of creating exceptional customer experiences. Starting in hotels, I was often the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they received the attention and service they deserved. As I advanced in my career, I moved into catering sales and event management at country clubs and a luxury hotel, where I focused on making events memorable for discerning customers. I developed wedding packages and increased event bookings by improving sales processes and fostering collaboration among teams to deliver flawless events.
Eventually, I joined a real estate firm to lead their client service management team. During that time, I learned EOS and became president of the company.
What drives me is the challenge of identifying organizational obstacles, solving problems, and devising creative solutions. I thrive on establishing processes and executing well-defined strategies to help businesses grow and succeed.
